Job Responsibilities
As a property caretaker, you will work closely with the customer. It is your job to maintain existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You will have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.
Your tasks will include:
- Maintenance and cleaning of external areas
- Care of lawns, flower beds, bushes, trees, etc.
- Corrective actions
- Drive smaller improvement projects
- Property rounds
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
- High school education
- Education or experience in property maintenance or similar industries
- Good system skills
- Good knowledge of Office.
- Driver's license (B)
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
- Experience in property technology is an advantage
